Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION / REBOOKING Please note that cancellations and rebookings are only possible up to 14 days before the start of the seminar. Therefore, if you would like to attend a subsequent date at a different location, we will try to reschedule you if there are still places available. A refund is not possible after this point, as we also finalize bookings at the conference hotel. REFUND If, for organizational reasons, we have to cancel our seminar at short notice within 14 days BEFORE the start of the seminar, you will, of course, receive your deposit back. Alternatively, we offer you the option of rescheduling to another seminar date. BOOKING DEADLINE For organizational reasons, online bookings are limited to 3 days before the start of the respective seminar. Online booking after the start of the seminar is not possible. In these cases, please contact us by phone to inquire whether you can still participate.
