In this step, we calculate various solution alternatives A, B or C together with you and, if necessary, with the involvement of third parties such as IT solution providers and their offers, and thus obtain the total costs per period with the required estimation accuracy over the project and utilisation period in a transparent manner, separated according to internal and external expenses per service partner.

Each utility value analysis is used to determine the most suitable solution from a group of alternative solutions, irrespective of the costs. We have provided quantitative or qualitative evaluation profiles and special functions to determine normalised partial utility values. This ensures an objective evaluation.
